Thank you for choosing Via SkinCare. Before booking an appointment, please read our policy below.

By booking an appointment you will be confirming that you have read and fully understand the booking and cancellation policies. 
All appointments are FINAL unless rescheduled & all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. 
 
We require that all appointments be secured by credit card with a 50% deposit of service amount at the time of booking. Appointments are considered booked once payment information is received and processed.
Once booked ALL  deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
 
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Therefore, we respectfully request appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. 
 
Tardiness:
Please arrive on time. Tardiness will result in loss of time towards your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may no longer be able to service your appointment and your deposit will be lost.  If you are going to be late, PLEASE LET AS KNOW AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
